What Lucea stores
Lucea has no accounts. Your face photos, scan results, quiz answers, routines, progress and reminder settings are stored only on your phone. Our server analyses photos and immediately discards them, so it holds no photos or answers to delete.
The only record outside your phone is an anonymous subscription record kept by our payment partner RevenueCat. It is tied to a random ID, not to your name or email.
Option 1: Delete everything in the app
- Open Lucea and go to the Profile tab.
- Under Privacy, tap Delete all my data.
- Tap Delete everything to confirm. All photos, scans, answers, routines, progress and scheduled reminders are erased from your device straight away.
Uninstalling the app also removes all of its data from your phone.
Option 2: Ask us by email
To ask us to delete the anonymous subscription record, or if you can no longer open the app, email md.alishanali88@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Lucea data". To help us find the record, include the approximate date you subscribed and, if you can, your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) or Apple receipt. We will confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: everything on your device (Option 1), and the RevenueCat subscription record on request (Option 2).
- Kept by the stores: Google and Apple keep their own purchase and tax records as required by law. We cannot delete these.
- Anonymous analytics: usage events contain no photos, names or emails and cannot be linked back to you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. See the Terms of Use for details and the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
